Job Summary Overview:
- Work in all areas related to Business Development. Build a market insight and target potential prospects. Highlighting new revenue opportunities and securing new business contracts.
- She/he is responsible for handling client accounts in the company.
- She/he will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.
- She/he has an overview of the markets, products, industries and new technical developments in order to ensure the service in the interests of the company. In order to do this, key account manager acquire new customers, look after all aspects of them and bind them to the company on a long-term basis.
- She/he ensures that customer processes run smoothly for sustainable customer loyalty, stay in close contact with their customers, from analyzing potential customers to acquiring new customers.
Tasks: Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with regional and multi-national firms.
- Generate revenue in your area of specialization in a target-driven environment.

- Use sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking in order to attract business from potential companies
- Engage and build relationships & trust with the clients in the most professional & ethical manner.
- Build strategies on maximizing the output and revenue generation for self and team.
- Sales cycle experience in management of a Key Account, and in finding and winning major deals, with a clear understanding of the sales process associated with complex solution-based sales
- Ability to translate business needs into potential solutions, leading the internal and external sales process from start to finish
- Ability to estimate the financial impact of an opportunity, both with the client and internally
- Ability to handle client contract negotiations.
- Ability to strategize market intelligence to develop and target potential opportunities
- Be a partner to the client, a customer-centric and quality-driven approach.
- Strategic planning to improve client results and outcomes
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Monthly/Quarterly Sales revenue accountability based on closed deals/projects.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
- CRM Data Ownership and accountability
Requirements and qualifications:
- You have a BA and/or MBA with minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
- You have a strong record of successful accomplished BD/KA projects.
- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.
- You are proactive, and business savvy. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply
