Here’s how it works:

Step 2: Within three business days, we’ll match you with a Counselor who can provide a virtual career assessment. During this session, your Counsellor will discuss your career goals, and provide advice on how to proceed.

Your Counsellor may recommend one or more of our optional paid services to help you achieve your career goals, including:

• Assess Market Opportunities: assess your professional environment, determine your professional objectives and interests, and create your communication strategy (e.g., CV and LinkedIn profile development)
• Implement Market Search and Outreach: learn how to gather marketplace information, manage outreach to decision makers, and access search methods such as LinkedIn
• Manage Transition: prepare for interviews and transition into a new position
• One-to-One Coaching Sessions: assessment review
